Immoral Human - WTF?!


10pm i went into my mom's room to watch movie..

roughly bout 20min later, a sound of water splash come out from outside..

initially, i thought it was WiN WiN that once again dunno did what wrong,

but it was not her fault..

i went out to check, my house floor outside is wet *as picture below*

*bad quality picture so, might not see the wet water - in the circled area *

i thought it was perhaps neighbour who accidently splash water to our hse when they water their plant..

but the distance from their plant and the wet floor is far..

unnless their hand suddenly cacated and splash far,

if not, it really look purposely splash water on WiN WiN *only her head is wet*

Now, if an animal were to play water, will the animal magically only wet its head and not on other body part?

i went out immediately after hearing the splash of water..

what are the odd that the wet water on WiN WiN can dry in seconds??

WiN WiN does not have the ability to talk and tell us what happen,

if this immoral human neighbour of mine wanna complaint anything bout me having a pet, COME TO ME LAAARRRR
